Tintero, Puerto Rico Comic Con, And More!

Hey, I'm back! Just wanted to put up a quick update of some of the things I've been up to so far this year.

I participated in a local one-day arts and comics festival for independent artists residing in Puerto Rico called Tintero: Festival de Cómics y Arte Independiente de Puerto Rico. Over 40 artists had tables for this event and each were specially picked to be in this. It was an amazing day.

Each artist made a profile for the event as promotion for the artists who were participating. Here's my profile (its' in Spanish).

An article was made to promote the event on the local newspaper. My cat dude appeared on the first page!

Here he is again joined with other cool artists' works.

I made shirts to sell at the event!

And here I am, smiling on the outside but super exhausted on the inside.

Another thing I participated in was Puerto Rico Comic Con 2014. Another great experience. I learned so much and met lots of great and interesting people. Can't wait to do it again.

Here's the banner I designed for my booth.

Here's a second banner to attract more people to my booth.

Here's a kids shirt design I made to sell at the con.

And here I am at my booth!

I also did two comics for two comic anthology books made by local artist pals Rosa Colón and Carla Rodríguez (Soda Pop Comics) and Luis Jefté Lacourt (Funny Fish Fountain Comics). One is called (A)diós by Luis and the other is Ehpoty: Antología de Comics by Rosa, Carla and Luis.

They're now doing a double book tour to promote the books in Puerto Rico, visiting local comic and book shops. For those living or visiting Puerto Rico in the summer go to their websites now to find out the areas and dates!

Here's a preview of the comic I did for (A)diós.

And here's a preview of the comic in Ehpoty: Antología de Comics.

You can purchase (A)diós HERE and Ehpoty: Antología de Comics HERE.

Another thing I did was my very first comic book starring Zad Zak & Angree Dandee! Here's the cover of the comic along with previews of what's inside:

You can buy this comic at my Etsy store now! I did an English version and a Spanish version of the comic. Here are the links where you can buy them:

Here's A REALLY NICE REVIEW done of me and my art done by the ever so awesome Joshua Marchant!

Here's a Medusa illustration I did a while back:

Here's an inked and colored animation of an old rough walk cycle:

A couple of sketch cards I did for fun:

And lastly, here are some birthday drawings I did for cartoon pals...
